HOW DOES IT WORK?
◦ Impurities are first released by dynamic MOS nozzles
◦ At the same time, static charge is removed using the ionizer
◦ Released particles are immediately extracted into the filter system
This keeps not only the part itself clean, but also the surrounding environment and production equipment. This prevents recontamination and increases overall production efficiency.
Cleaning units for static aplication
The product is conveyed under the cleaning unit, enclosed in the cleaning area and blown clean.
- AR-E-ACIN and AR-E-IP cleaning units with ionized air directly inside the unit, which allows the product to be enclosed into a cleaning space.
- High extraction efficiency thanks to enclosed space.
- Ionizers connected to external 230 V AC sources. For the AR-E-IP type, it is possible to supply a smart source controlled by a signal from a PLC and with feedback regarding the OK function of the ionizer.
- A transparent tube of various lengths is supplied as an accessory for static units to enclose the cleaned product in the cleaning space.
Cleaning units for motion applications
The product passes under the cleaning unit on a conveyor, manipulated by a robot or operator, etc.
- Cleaning units type AR-E-IH with flat ionizer at 24 V DC.
- The advantage is the strong ionization of the DC ionizer, 24 V DC power supply with a small cable, LED info and a feedback signal about the correct functioning of the ionizer.
Big cleaning unts type KOJ
Designed for installation on conveying systems or as cleaning gates.
- The basis is MOS rotary nozzles and ionization bars with a connection to the extraction. The units are custom-made - with the possibility of adjusting the length, choosing the blowing force and the type of ionizer according to the specific application.
- Smart optional functions are also available, such as PLC control, feedback on the correct functioning of the ionization or monitoring of the speed of the rotary nozzles.
